Callout charges: We do not take callout charges for emergencies during the day, however, from 6pm – 8am we do ask for a callout fee. The callout fee is non refundable once paid for all bookings. Callout charges are for callout only and does not include any work on site, this price is given separately by our engineer when on site and investigation is done of the problem.

During bank holidays, Christmas and new year periods, our prices may increase and callout charges will be charged also during the day hours, as we have a lot of plumbers off during this period.

Cancellations: If you cancel the booking once payment is made, then we will not be able to refund any money.

Response time: Although we make every effort to get a plumber to you as soon as possible, it can take up to 4 hours to get a plumber at times. If the 4 hours has passed after booking, you will be entitled to a refund. Any guide time given by our call handler, is a guide only and not guaranteed.

Payments: All final payments are due upon completion of the job before our engineer leaves the premises. Receipts will be given only after all payments are made. For any late payments, will be subject to a daily interest of 3% over the base rate per month, until payment in full is received.

We accept bank transfer or cash payment.


Removal of waste and materials: We are not responsible for any waste removal resulting from our jobs.
